02Accuracy and currency

Governments change their programmes often: investment amounts, fees, family rules, processing times and visa-free agreements can move with little or no notice. We check our figures against official sources and show the date each page was last updated, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, accurate or current at the moment you read it. Always confirm the figures that matter to you with us before acting.

Visa-free counts, passport rankings and similar comparisons come from third-party indices and change as countries revise their visa policies.

03Calculators and estimates

The cost calculators apply each government's published fee schedule to the family you enter. They are indicative estimates: they do not include every possible charge (legal, agent, insurance, property-specific costs, enhanced due diligence), and the result for your case can differ. The binding figures are those in your engagement letter and in official invoices.

04No guarantee of outcome

Citizenship, residence permits, company registrations, licences and bank accounts are granted at the discretion of governments, registries and banks. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of approval, of a processing time, or of any benefit a passport or residence may bring.

05Tax and legal consequences

A new citizenship, residence or company can change your tax residence, reporting duties and legal position in the countries you are connected to. Descriptions of tax regimes on this site are simplified and general. Take independent tax and legal advice in your home country before acting.

06Investment risk

Real estate, funds, bonds, deposits and business investments made to qualify for a programme carry risks, including loss of capital, illiquidity, currency movements and the performance of developers, issuers and banks. References to returns, resale or "recoverable" capital describe programme rules, not a forecast or guarantee. Past results are not a reliable indicator of future results.

Where we describe ourselves as an official partner of a bank or work through a licensed agent, those organisations remain independent and make their own decisions.
