FAQ
The questions that decide structures
Which jurisdiction is right for my company? +
It depends on what the company does, where its clients and owners are, and which bank it needs. An orientation session maps exactly that — usually narrowing 28 jurisdictions down to two or three.
Can I incorporate without travelling? +
Yes. Every jurisdiction on this page can be incorporated remotely, with documents signed and apostilled at home.
Does an offshore company mean no tax? +
Not on its own. Where you live and where the company is managed can bring its profits back into your home country's tax net. We plan the structure around your actual tax residence.
Is company ownership anonymous? +
No. Beneficial owners are known to registered agents and, increasingly, to authorities through UBO registers and information exchange. Many jurisdictions keep that data off public registers — private, not secret.
Will the company get a bank account? +
Only if it's structured for one. Substance, documentation and the right bank matter more than the jurisdiction's name. Through our official partner banks we open the account alongside the incorporation.
What do the published prices include? +
The starting price covers the basic package: incorporation, registered address and agent for the first year, and the core document set. Each jurisdiction's page lists exactly what's in every package.
A company works best with the right bank account behind it and, where it fits, a residence permit or second citizenship for the people who own it — sequenced on one call.
The right jurisdiction, the first time.
An orientation session: which of our 28 jurisdictions could fit your business, your residence and your bank, mapped before anything is filed.
