The questions serious buyers actually ask
Straight answers
How do I know this isn't a scam? +
Three structural protections, none of which depend on trusting us: (1) the investment is paid to the government or developer only after state approval — we never hold your capital; (2) every programme here is statutory, with official price floors — if anyone quotes below them, walk away, because governments now revoke discounted passports; (3) our fees are staged per milestone, and the first step — preliminary Due Diligence — tells you your real chances before serious money moves.
Will my home country find out? +
A second citizenship is legal for most nationalities and no CBI state notifies your home country. Separately, bank accounts are reportable under CRS to your country of tax residence — a passport doesn't change your tax residency by itself. We plan both layers together, which is exactly why tax-residency design (Paraguay, UAE, Malta options) sits next to citizenship on this site.
What happens to my money if I'm rejected? +
The sequence protects you: approval first, investment after. At risk before approval are only government processing and Due Diligence fees — which is why our free preliminary check exists: it catches ~95% of rejection causes before you spend anything meaningful.
Why you and not one of the giant firms? +
Three honest reasons: we publish live cost calculators while others make you book a call to learn a price; we take files the giants decline — crypto-sourced wealth with proper documentation is a speciality, not a problem; and you work with a principal throughout, not a junior case-manager rotation. Where a licensed local agent is legally required, we work through long-standing licensed partners — and tell you exactly who does what.
Won't the EU shut all this down? +
Not yet — but it is trying. The EU ended its own golden passports (Malta’s investment route closed in 2025) and suspended Vanuatu’s visa waiver. On 25 June 2026 the Commission asked Antigua & Barbuda — and reportedly the other four Caribbean states — to wind down their programmes by 1 June 2028, using visa-suspension rules in force since December 2025; the governments refuse a unilateral phase-out, and the next EU review is due in December 2026. The programmes answered with a regional regulator (ECCIRA), higher prices and stricter vetting. Translation: buy quality, keep the risk in view, and treat Schengen access as valuable but not guaranteed.
