No. TBC Concept opens 100% online, with a digital card from day one; the physical card is delivered to your address for $0–$140 depending on card and country.
Concept or Concept 360? +
Concept (₾30/month) covers everyday international banking with travel insurance; Concept 360 (₾50/month) adds lounges, a private banker and family pricing. Annual payment lowers both.
Who regulates the bank? +

Does the account make me a Georgian tax resident? +
No. Tax residency follows where you actually live (183+ days in Georgia) — not where you bank. Georgia taxes individuals territorially, but the account alone changes nothing about your home-country obligations; we plan that layer separately.
